If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, weighed down, or stretched thin by everything you’re carrying, this session is for you. -Maybe you’ve been trying to hold it together. -Maybe you’ve been praying, but still feel unsure, tired, or distant. -Maybe there’s a situation in your life that keeps circling your mind, and you just want clarity, peace, and to feel grounded again. You don’t have to navigate that alone. This is a 1:1, faith-based coaching session where we gently slow things down, walk through what you’re experiencing, and invite God into the middle of it, right where you are. Together, we will: -Talk through what’s been weighing on you -Identify what may be at the root of what you’re feeling -Bring God’s truth into your situation -Create space for prayer and spiritual encouragement -Help you leave with clarity, peace, and a next step forward with God This is not about having all the answers. This is about coming back to a place of being anchored—steady, supported, and connected to God again. You’ll leave this session with: -A clearer understanding of what you’re facing -Biblical truth to stand on -A sense of peace and direction -Simple, intentional next steps to help you stay anchored in your relationship with God Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, emotional heaviness, life transitions, or simply feeling distant from God, this space is here for you. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a From Overwhelmed to Anchored Session. I’m honored to walk with you during this time. I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to accommodate when possible within these guidelines. To help protect both your time and mine, please review the following: Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. You may reschedule your session once using the booking system. Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Refund Policy Due to the nature of this service and the time reserved for your session, all bookings are non-refundable. Session Start Time Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
