The next time that you feel discouraged or like you can not have the things God has promised you remember the times you were hoping for what you have now. God has a good and faithful track record. I remember hoping for the apartment, the daughter, the ministry, the husband and God was so faithful. Take it from a woman who thought life has drained all that was possible to living a life fully surrendered to God and God finds a way to give me a big hug each day.
We lose faith because we get caught up in what everyone else is doing. We forget to check in with God and keep our focus on God. If these last few years of this pandemic have taught me anything it is to stay focused on God. There is a lot going on in the world around us and it is so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing. But, I want to encourage you to remember that God has called you for something special and only you can fulfill it. You are called by name.
Whatever you are hoping and praying for, continue to have faith and believe God for it. It will come to pass. God is going to blow your mind in ways you would have not thought about. God is so faithful and loves us beyond what we know.
It is okay to be aware that God is a God of love so you have to know it is going to be beyond your biggest thoughts and plans you can make up in your head. Again, remain focused on God so you know where to God, what to do, how to do it. God will tell you. God will show you. God will make a way no one else sees. You have access to a God that knows all and can do exceedingly above all you can ask for! The God we serve does miraculous things!
May this year ahead of you be a God did it again year!!!
